Payment & Terms
We ask our patients who are not on care plans to pay for their treatment when it is provided. We will on request provide you with a full estimate of costs at the outset of your treatment. We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as cheques and cash.
If we have to write to you requesting payment of an unsettled account this will incur a charge.
We have also found it necessary to charge patients for appointments that they fail to keep without informing us. It is unfair to expect those patients who do keep their appointments to subsidise the overheads incurred by the few who don’t.
Patients on care plans who fail to attend a hygienist appointment forfeit that appointment, but can pay for a replacement appointment if they so wish.
